100th Infantry, First State Color, Nicknamed the "Roundheads", the 100th was composed of men from Washington, Lawrence, Mercer, Butler, Beaver, Susquehanna, Cumberland, Westmoreland, and Allegheny counties. Organized in late August 1861, the regiment received a second state color in October 1864. They were mustered out of service on July 24, 1865. Click here for more images
